We provide Seattle.gov, a 24-hour City web presence for residents, businesses, and employees; promote digital access and literacy through our Community Technology program; manage the city's cable franchise; provide public open data through data.seattle.gov; and operate the Seattle Channel, the City’s award-winning government and community cable channel.

Provided leadership for information technology operations, public computing services, and digital content strategy in a major urban public library. Managed a 17-person IT department with responsibilities for a municipal area data network, systems and data center administration, enterprise applications development, and end-user support. Oversaw the management and integration of information access and discovery resources.

In an interim capacity (2012-2013), served as Director of Technical and Collection Services and provided leadership and oversight of library materials selection, acquisitions, cataloging, and technical processing.
