Even though the information desk of the Cadbury company can't decide... yes, I called them.
All of the information I've seen displayed so far, (both in print and on the web) has never shown the
singular form of CERTS as CERT. I have even seen the possessive CERTS' (but not CERT'S.)
But since the manufacturer can't decide, maybe an ad agency rep will. I'll keep you abreast.
